Q Why pack Greatest Miracle containers by hand without palettes?
Because we can fit more boxes of booklets into a single shipping container than on palettes and because most Greatest Miracle consignments are shipped to Africa or to countries where there is simply no mechanical offloading facilities and everything is done by hand. Of course all containers can be loaded with goods on palettes, this is entirely at the customers discretion.

Q Why use ‘last-journey’ containers for shipping Greatest Miracle booklets?
Booklets can be packed into lockable last–journey containers so that the entire container, complete with its load, can be shipped to any destination and immediately used as a safe storage facility. Booklets also do not have to be unpacked and repacked at the port of entry securing them from damage and theft. The entire locked container is shipped from factory to destination. This is however only a recommended option and booklets can be shipped as a part or full shippers owned container.

Q Why the Greatest Miracle two-part decision card?
Each booklet has a two-part, carbonless, decision card. The top, fixed, part remains in the booklet for the new believer, the bottom, perforated and removable part, is removed by the counselor and is given to the local church for follow-up. This forms a two-way connection between the new believer and the local pastor.

Q Why the durable packing?
Booklets are packed firstly into shrink-wrapped bundles of 100. Four bundles are shrink-wrapped together and then packed into a double-corrugated export carton. The cartons are taped down, labeled on two sides and then secured with two plastic. At many campaign sites the containers are manually offloaded. Each box of 400 booklets weighs 16kgs and can be easily carried. Each box is opened and then split into four, plastic-wrapped, moisture resistant ‘counselor-bundles’. The packing also extends the booklet shelf life in tropical climates.
