China Printing, Case Bound Books, Smyth Stitched
Q What is your specialty?
We generally specialize in medium to large runs of books, booklets, brochures, magazines etc but we have produced millions of DVD’s, CD’s, greetings cards, advertising pens, point of sale advertisements etc. Where we score for our customer is on print consolidation where we can piggy-back your smaller order on the back of larger orders that are about to be placed or are going through the plant. Our passion on the other hand… is to tackle anything with expedience, professionalism and attention to detail to keep the customer 100% satisfied.

Q How can I obtain a quote?
Because products, materials, finishes and customer requirements so vary it is hard to generate a ‘fits all’ quotation form.. To ensure that we get it 100% right and even offer you fresh innovations, send us your basic details using the Quotation Form and one of our personal agents will phone you and generate a tailor-made quotation/contract. Give us whatever detail you can on the form but we will phone you to confirm and discuss. Of course the very best thing is if you can send us a sample or similar product. Request a quotation

Q Is there a minimum order level?
Better prices are achieved on economies of scale and consolidation of orders. Costs of freight and import on small runs often outweigh savings on foreign printing. Cost savings are best achieved on orders of US$5,000 FOB or more.

Q What is your standard turn around time?
Tough question. Production time ie print time from receipt of all art, deposit, signed contract and approval of blue print or sample, this is normally about two to four weeks, depending on the item and the quantity and whether shared or full container load. To the USA shipping, clearance and importation from Asia takes around three to four weeks, depending on destination in the USA. Shipments to Africa add three to four weeks to port of entry. Of course all this can change depending on weather, customs inspections etc but we will do our very best!
